FASTTRAK Global Online Cloud or "GO" Cloud applications are as easy to learn because they have been designed consistent with other Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel and consistent with it's popular predecessor FASTTRAK Business Products.
Help Files are included within the Product and online tutorials are underway.
- A Web-based Help-Desk Ticket system is in place along with both a user & plublic forum and knowledge base.
- Virtual Training has been implimented at FASTTRAK for the past decade and has been used successfully to train, demo and assist our users with on-screen and voice aids. It has also been used during development, thru Beta testing of our Cloud applications. However, arranged training classes will be the trend going forward on an individualized case by case basis.
